We handle your order with care! Most orders ship the same day or next business day. During busy times (holidays or special sales), processing may take up to 2 business days.

Expedited orders: Please place them before 1:00pm EST to ship the same day guarantee. Anything after that, we will do our best!

For Saturday Next Day Delivery, please call as this requires a special pricing.

Insurance: Once your order is with the carrier, it’s in their hands. OT isn’t responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit.

• Shipping insurance is required for any refund or replacement due to shipping issues during transit only.
• Signature confirmation is required for any refund or replacement due to a package being missing or delivered to the wrong address
• If insurance is not purchased and Signature Required is not added, Oriental Treasure cannot refund or replace lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• Items are unused and in original packaging with all tags.
  
• Cut chains and custom items are final sale.
  
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  
• Please contact us first—we can’t accept returns we didn’t know about.

Refunds may be issued as store credit or minus applicable fees.

📝 Order Issues & Claims

Manufacturing defects: Let us know within 2 business days. Email oriental.treasure@yahoo.com with your order number and photos. Items partially used cannot be fully replaced.

Missing items: Report within 2 business days with photos of the package and original invoice. Claims without documentation cannot be accepted.

Insurance Coverage

• If shipping insurance is declined at checkout, Oriental Treasure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
• If signature required is not selected at check out, Oriental Treasure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are marked as delivered.
• All orders are shipped FOB Origin; risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier (UCC § 2-319).

Care Instructions

• Sterling silver can tarnish due to a reaction with moisture, air, and oils from the body, lotions, etc.
• To minimize tarnishing, store it in a cool, dry place using airtight containers and anti-tarnish strips.
• If tarnishing occurs, gently polish with a soft sterling silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore shine. Or use liquid cleaner.
