We want you to love your jewelry! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- Items are unused and in original packaging with all tags.
- Cut chains and custom items are final sale.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Please contact us first—we can’t accept returns we didn’t know about.
Refunds may be issued as store credit or minus applicable fees.

Manufacturing defects: Let us know within 2 business days. Email oriental.treasure@yahoo.com with your order number and photos. Items partially used cannot be fully replaced.
Missing items: Report within 2 business days with photos of the package and original invoice. Claims without documentation cannot be accepted.

Care Instructions
- Sterling silver can tarnish due to a reaction with moisture, air, and oils from the body, lotions, etc.
- To minimize tarnishing, store it in a cool, dry place using airtight containers and anti-tarnish strips.
- If tarnishing occurs, gently polish with a soft sterling silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore shine. Or use liquid cleaner.
