At Oriental Treasure, we strive to provide the best customer service.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 404-688-3533 as soon as possible to discuss. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. 

Returns, Exchanges & Lost Policy


  • Cut chain by the foot, Custom made items, personalized items, sale, and bulk orders are made to order and are not part of our Return/Exchange Policy.
  • These items can not be returned or exchanged as they are handmade and made to order for each customer. Only items that are not personalized can be returned/exchanged.
  • Items returned without permission will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Here at Oriental Treasure we want you to be happy with your purchase!
  • We have a 14 day return policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns.
  • You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. We charge a $7 exchange fee for shipping costs back to the sender. If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, we will charge you the $7 exchange fee plus the amount owed for the new item.
  • Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. If the item is received damaged, a refund will not be issued and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • Chain by the footage, custom made items, personalized items, sale, and bulk orders are final sale. Although we want you to be happy with your purchase; so please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order. 
*Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by Oriental Treasure will not be accepted.
*If your total value of return makes your order amount less than our $50 minimum, you must return the entire order.
If an item arrives damaged, Oriental Treasure must be notified via email at within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact us first at We will provide you a return number. All items returned without this number will not be accepted. 
  • Include a copy of your original invoice.
  • Re-pack items to be returned and include your shipping document.
  • Bring your package to the specified carrier location for delivery to our return facility.

Lost Packages

While we do our best, some things are out of our control! If your package was lost during transit and you:

  • Have insurance:
    • we will file a claim for your package. Due to claims policies, we have to wait 10 business days before filing.
    • Once the claim has been accepted, we will issue a refund or send a duplicate package.
    • If you need a duplicate order before the claims can be processed, you will need to purchase a second order.
  • Did not purchase insurance
    • Because we are wholesale, we are unfortunately NOT able to cover any lost packages without any additional insurance purchased. Thank you for your understanding.

Stolen Packages

Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs for any stolen packages once the package has been delivered. If you suspect theft, we recommend contacting your local police department.
